Many of us have heard the saying, "If you fail to plan then you plan to fail." As corny and tired as that sounds, it couldn't be more true. It is especially important in the interactive media industry, where things are always changing, to pick a route and stick to it. Many, many projects seem to wither away in limbo as the direction constantly changes, as if with the wind. In the end, there is no more time and nothing concrete has been achieved.
