Managed an interactive design team in the design and production of www.masterkey.com, a high-volume B2C web site with move management tools and real-time moving quotes. Designed the UI for a nationwide B2B infrastructure play networking participants throughout the storage and moving industries. Wrote product definition documents, produced stakeholder requirements, flash demos, use cases, entity relationship diagrams, site maps and created schedules for team of interactive designers.
