On-Screen Animation for 'CI5: The New Professionals'

As one of my first jobs in the field of on-screen animation design for film & television, the BBC hired me to work on 4 episodes of the sequel to the extremely popular "The Professionals." The old show was kind of like "Starsky & Hutch," but the new show promised to be much more like "The X-Files." The new series had a lot of technology in it- so it was a lot of work for me. Some samples of the work I did are shown below.

The following screens were used in the 'Orbit' episode of the first season of the comeback series. The screens were supposed to reflect the most advanced technology available in the 1980's, so I did some research and came up with the following. The director was very pleased and he ended up using them quite a bit in the episode.
